Returns and Refunds (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the intimate nature of our products (socks), we uphold strict hygiene standards.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their packaging, for sanitary reasons.
Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., a hole or print error), please contact us immediately at contact@hownowbrowncow.co with photos of the issue within 7 working days to be eligible for a refund.
